This is one of my favorite routes in the Superstition routes due to its relatively easy access, nice exit hike up Fish Creek, and some beautiful narrows and rappels. Like most of the canyons in the area, it never truly forms a slot canyon but is still quite nice and has some great stuff. For being within close proximity to Phoenix it is surprising to find routes such as these so close to the city. With the biggest drops being around 50 feet, and about 4 rappels, this canyon is not technically too challenging but is a great day well spent, especially with good company. Depending on conditions there is likely to be at least a couple pools so come prepared for a possible swim.
