Kapili Creek - March 16, 2013

Water, rain, mist, and an epic first descent = one damn fine day. 7 drops up to 110 feet, good way to start off the season.

  • First drops comes up immediately.
  • Bridger setting up a standard anchor, a bunch of guava trees.
  • Drop 1, a 40 foot wall.  Whispering flow, though it picks up quickly.

  • Drop 2, a short but beautiful two tiered cascade.
  • Drop 3 enters the lower gorge in wonderful fashion.
